A clinical impression of intractable diarrhea induced by retatrutide was formed. The mechanism of diarrhea was thought to be secretory... The patient reported onset of diarrhea over the last 7 days... He started on a self-determined dose of 10 mg subcutaneously weekly... increased the dose to 20 mg... inadvertently repeated the dose the following day.
