Hormonal

Combining amylin receptor agonist (cagrilintide) with GLP-1 RA (semaglutide) results in greater weight reduction than semaglutide monotherapy.

Combining cagrilintide 2.4 mg and semaglutide 2.4 mg, both injected once weekly, leads to 17.1% body weight loss over 20 weeks, which is significantly better than semaglutide alone (9.8%).
