Digital counseling tools (mobile app with coach contact vs. newsletters) are being tested as adjuncts to dietary interventions for weight maintenance, but their specific efficacy compared to each other or standard care is not yet proven.

Use a mobile app with a coach or receive regular newsletters to help you stick to your diet. The app offers more direct contact (weekly at first, then less often), while newsletters provide general tips. Both are designed to support long-term maintenance.
