If you are feeling anxious or depressed, expect your weight to potentially increase. This is a common reaction to stress, not a personal failure. Focus on identifying 'comfort foods' that are healthier and manage portion sizes, as mental burden is a stronger driver of weight gain than exercise levels during lockdown.
