Internet-delivered CBTI leads to durable improvements in sleep efficiency and insomnia severity that are maintained for up to 48 weeks post-treatment.

The benefits of iCBTI are not just short-term. Improvements in sleep efficiency and reduced insomnia severity tend to last for at least 4 to 48 weeks after finishing the program, suggesting that the behavioral changes learned are durable.
