White bean alpha-amylase inhibitor reduces post-prandial blood glucose spikes in a dose-dependent manner.
If you eat high-carb meals, taking 1500-3000mg of white bean extract before the meal can significantly blunt the resulting blood sugar spike. Start with a lower dose to assess tolerance.
