Employees who do not participate in a worksite weight loss program but are exposed to the intervention environment experience modest weight loss compared to those in control worksites.

Even if you don't join the main weight loss program, being in a worksite with a strong health initiative can help you lose weight. The presence of healthy options, newsletters, and peers discussing health creates a supportive environment that benefits everyone.
