However, sleep systolic BP decreased more in the telehealth dietitian arm (-6.92 mmHg, 95% CI: -9.33, -4.51) than the self-directed arm (-1.45 mmHg, 95% CI: -4.28, 1.38) with a difference of -5.47 mmHg (95% CI: -9.16, -1.79; p=0.004) between groups.
