Performing aerobic exercise in the afternoon/evening improves blood glucose levels more effectively than morning exercise in individuals with Type 2 Diabetes.

If you have Type 2 Diabetes, schedule your aerobic workouts for the afternoon or evening. This timing has been shown to lower blood glucose levels more effectively than morning exercise. Note: If you have Type 1 Diabetes, morning exercise might be safer to avoid delayed nighttime hypoglycemia.
