Females perceive supervision during resistance training as more important than males, particularly regarding technical coaching and safety.

Female trainees may benefit more from seeking supervision than male trainees, as they perceive it as more important for technical learning and safety. Trainers should ensure they provide adequate technical coaching and safety oversight for female clients.
