Providing feedback chronically across a training cycle leads to greater improvements in sprint performance and potentially jump performance compared to training without feedback.

If you are following a multi-week resistance training program, consider using feedback (visual or verbal) consistently. This may help you improve your sprint speed and jump height more than training without feedback.
