Reducing saturated fat intake has little or no effect on all-cause mortality, cardiovascular mortality, or cancer deaths in adults.
While reducing saturated fat is excellent for preventing heart attacks and strokes, you should not expect it to drastically extend your lifespan on its own. Focus on the quality of life and prevention of non-fatal cardiovascular events as the primary benefit.
