Omega-3 supplementation may improve exercise performance by enhancing blood flow to working muscles through increased brachial artery diameter and improved red blood cell deformability.
Taking Omega-3s may help your blood vessels dilate better during exercise, which supports endurance. However, do not expect this to make you run faster or lift heavier directly. It is a supportive health measure, not a performance enhancer.

Walser et al. [80] demonstrated that 6 weeks of supplementation with DHA (2.0 g/day) and EPA (3.0 g/day) enhanced exercise-induced increases in brachial artery diameter and blood flow during 90 s of low-intensity handgrip exercise.
