Calculate your daily calories based on your ideal body weight (ideal weight in kg multiplied by 20-25, then by 0.75). Focus on high-protein foods, non-starchy vegetables, and use meal replacements if needed to stay on track. Drink at least 1.8 liters of water daily. This approach has been shown to significantly reduce body weight, BMI, and body fat, while improving gut microbiota diversity.
