Habitual dynamic exercise does not increase protein requirements and may improve metabolic efficiency, while resistance exercise requires increased amino acid availability post-exercise to achieve net positive protein balance.

You do not need to eat more protein just because you exercise regularly. Your body actually becomes more efficient at using protein with training. However, if you do heavy resistance training (weightlifting), you must ensure you eat enough protein after your workout to help your muscles recover and grow, because your body breaks down protein faster than it builds it immediately after the session.
