Hormonal

Tirzepatide treatment (5-15 mg once weekly) significantly improves health-related quality of life (HRQoL), including physical function and psychosocial well-being, compared to placebo in adults with obesity or overweight.

If you have obesity or overweight, treatment with tirzepatide (5-15 mg once weekly) along with lifestyle changes significantly improves your quality of life, physical function, and mental well-being compared to placebo. The greater the weight loss achieved (especially ≥5%), the greater the improvement in how you feel and function daily.

GoodSupportsHIGH confidence
All tirzepatide groups demonstrated significant improvements in PRO scores versus placebo. There was a consistent trend of incremental PRO improvement with greater degrees of weight reduction, starting from ≥5% weight reduction.
