Kettlebell training effectively improves muscular strength, endurance, and power in healthy adults, with significant transfer to traditional Olympic weightlifting movements.

Start with a light kettlebell (8-12kg for women, 12-16kg for men beginners) and focus on mastering the swing and clean/press technique before adding weight. Train 2x per week. Expect improvements in strength and endurance, not just cardio.
