Men experience significantly greater long-term weight loss from VLED+BT compared to women, while women show less difference between VLED+BT and BT alone.

Men tend to lose significantly more weight long-term with VLED+BT than women do. Women still benefit, but the difference between using VLED and not using it is smaller. This suggests that treatment plans might need to be tailored differently for men and women to achieve optimal results.
