Men lose more absolute weight than women using the MetaWell program, but women have a higher proportion of achieving clinically significant weight loss (>5% body weight).

Both men and women can achieve significant weight loss with this program. While men tend to lose more total kilograms, women are slightly more likely to hit the clinically significant 5% weight loss milestone. Focus on your own progress rather than comparing absolute numbers with the opposite sex.
