Increased consumption of sweetened beverages is a major contributor to the rise in caloric intake and obesity, particularly among young adults.

Reduce or eliminate sweetened beverages. Replace them with water, unsweetened tea, or other low-calorie options to significantly reduce daily caloric intake without feeling deprived by solid food restrictions.
