Long sleep duration is NOT significantly associated with incident hypertension, and evidence for depression and dyslipidemia is insufficient.

Do not assume that sleeping long hours will cause high blood pressure. This study found no significant link between long sleep and hypertension, unlike its links to heart disease and mortality.
