Current blood tests for biological age are improving. This research suggests that analyzing specific sugar structures on antibodies (IgG glycans) provides a much more accurate picture of your biological age than previous methods like telomere counting. While not yet a standard clinical test, it represents a significant leap in our ability to measure aging, potentially allowing for more personalized prevention strategies based on actual biological status rather than just calendar years.
