Skeletal muscle satellite cells are essential for muscle fiber repair and remodeling in response to exercise, with their activation, proliferation, and differentiation playing a key role in muscle adaptation.

To build muscle, you need to stimulate your satellite cells through exercise. This can be done through resistance training, eccentric exercise, or other forms of physical activity. Your body will then use these cells to repair and remodel your muscle fibers, leading to growth and adaptation.
