L-carnitine supplementation does not significantly improve exercise performance or reduce fatigue in healthy individuals, despite its role in fatty acid transport.
If you are healthy and exercising, taking L-carnitine supplements will not make you perform better or feel less tired. It is safe, but it does not work as a performance enhancer for you.
