Physical activity is not consistently associated with a reduced risk of incident hypertension.
While exercise is crucial for heart health and diabetes prevention, do not rely on it alone to prevent high blood pressure. The evidence is inconsistent. Monitor your blood pressure and consult a doctor for specific management strategies, as lifestyle factors other than PA may play a larger role in hypertension.
