Optimal vibration frequency is individualized based on neuromuscular response (EMG), with evidence suggesting 26-30 Hz may be effective for power, but fixed frequencies may not maximize benefits for all users.

If you have access to EMG testing, individualize your vibration frequency for best power results. If not, a frequency around 26-30 Hz is a scientifically supported starting point, though it may not be optimal for everyone.
