Optimal vibration frequency is individualized based on neuromuscular response (EMG), with evidence suggesting 26-30 Hz may be effective for power, but fixed frequencies may not maximize benefits for all users.
If you have access to EMG testing, individualize your vibration frequency for best power results. If not, a frequency around 26-30 Hz is a scientifically supported starting point, though it may not be optimal for everyone.

Di Giminiani et al. [44] observed that after 8 weeks... of training with the vibration frequency individualised by determining the EMG rms activity... the mean power... increased 11% and 18% respectively in comparison to the fixed (30 Hz)... groups.
Why this rating
Cites specific studies showing benefit of individualization, but notes lack of consensus on best metric.
