We observed no effect of intermittent rapamycin on glucose tolerance, while daily rapamycin treatment caused a robust decrease in glucose tolerance... Rapamycin treatment once every 5 days (19/5 days) had the smallest impact on glucose tolerance, and we therefore selected this dosing schedule for further analysis.
