Liquid creatine and effervescent creatine salts (like tricreatine citrate) do not provide superior muscle creatine uptake or performance benefits compared to creatine monohydrate.

You don't need liquid or effervescent creatine. Powder creatine monohydrate is just as effective, cheaper, and more stable.
