Hormonal

Bupropion/Naltrexone combination therapy results in a mean weight loss of 6.1% over 56 weeks in obese or overweight adults, significantly better than placebo (1.3%).

Bupropion/Naltrexone helps you lose about 6% of your body weight over a year. It works by reducing appetite and food cravings. It is not safe for people with seizure disorders, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or those taking certain antidepressants. Side effects like nausea are common but often temporary.
