Phentermine/Topiramate Extended-Release (PHEN/TPM ER) produces greater mean weight loss (up to 10.9%) compared to other pharmacotherapies and placebo when used at the highest dose (15/92 mg).

If lifestyle changes aren't enough, ask your doctor about Phentermine/Topiramate. It requires a slow titration over several months to minimize side effects. The highest dose can lead to nearly 11% weight loss. You must stop if you don't lose at least 3-5% after 12 weeks, as it won't work for you. Avoid if pregnant or with certain eye/thyroid conditions.
