The mortality benefit of spicy food consumption is significantly stronger in individuals who do not consume alcohol compared to those who do.

If you do not drink alcohol, incorporating spicy foods into your diet may offer even greater longevity benefits than for drinkers. This suggests a potential synergistic health effect or that alcohol might blunt the metabolic benefits of capsaicin.
