Adopting a diet rich in plant foods, whole grains, and vegetables while reducing meat, cakes, and saturated fats can significantly slow biological aging in postmenopausal women. You do not need extreme restrictions; consistent, moderate improvements in dietary quality over two years are sufficient to see measurable epigenetic benefits.
