Adherence to a Mediterranean diet supplemented with extra-virgin olive oil significantly reduces the incidence of breast cancer in women.

Incorporate extra-virgin olive oil into your daily diet as a primary fat source. This is particularly beneficial for women, as it is associated with a significantly lower risk of breast cancer when consumed as part of a Mediterranean diet.
