Isocaloric substitution of fructose for other carbohydrates does not adversely affect blood pressure in humans, specifically showing no significant effect on systolic blood pressure.
If you replace other carbohydrates with an equivalent amount of calories from fructose, your blood pressure is unlikely to change. The concern about fructose raising blood pressure is not supported by isocaloric controlled feeding trials.
