Low anabolic responders to resistance training upregulate myofibrillar myozenin-1 (MYOZ1) protein levels, whereas high responders do not, suggesting MYOZ1 may serve as a biomarker for differential adaptation.

This finding is primarily for researchers. For trainees, it suggests that 'low responders' might be using different molecular pathways (like MYOZ1) to adapt compared to 'high responders'. There is no direct training intervention based on this yet.
